Wayfinding displays provide animated directional information so that passengers can more easily navigate their way through the airport. For example, check-in wayfinding can help passengers locate the check-in area for their airline. Wayfinding displays can include simple graphics, or dynamic highly-animated video or Flash content. Entire displays can be dedicated to wayfinding information, or it can be combined with flight and check-in information on FIDS/GIDS/BIDS displays.
