InterSystems
Wins GOLD!

Shanghai, China (February, 2008) China has been selected to host the Olympic Games this year which means that China had to choose an effective and dependable provider to solidify their infrastructure in terms of transportation. This comes at a crucial time in the country’s history in preparation for the massive influx of people they are about to experience.

Only one provider could live up to the high standards set for this monumental event. The ’Gold’ was awarded to the Fujitsu- InterSystems team to provide their superior FIDS software.
Time and time again, InterSystems has demonstrated a ‘Gold-Winning’ performance and is no stranger to the stress and strain brought on by the Olympic Games. Having been there for Sydney in 2000 and Salt Lake City in 2002, InterSystems has a proven track-record of dependability and quality when it is most important.

Throughout the project, the Airport Authority tracked the performance of the contractors during all of the phases and awarded the Fujitsu-InterSystems partnership the coveted Gold Medal in the IT projects contest. Congratulations to Ultra and SITA for being awarded Silver and Bronze, respectively.
