New Director of Operations for Europe

July 19, 2002, Denver Colorado USA. InterSystems CEO, Mr. Nimrod Halfon, today announced important changes to InterSystems European operations;

• Mr Lex Schoordijk has ceased employment with InterSystems effective immediately.

• Mr. Jacques De Rooy (the former Purchasing Manager) has been appointed to Director of Operations for   InterSystems BV, replacing Mr Schoordijk.

• InterSystems Office in the Netherlands will continue to provide service and support to our customers   throughout Europe

Mr. Halfon thanked InterSystems European customers for their continued support and added that the changes reflected InterSystems commitment to continually enhance our service and respond to customer feedback.
